🧬 The Club DNA Report 🧬
Ah, the beautiful game, and the even more beautiful Belmont Wanderers! Our Club DNA is the essence of who we are, the spirit that binds us, and the foundation upon which we build our success. It’s about more than just winning; it’s about how we win, how we develop our players, and how we contribute to our community.
This week, our Attacking Prowess has truly dazzled! ⚽️ With a staggering 25 goals scored across all teams and two hat-tricks to boot, our attacking flair is shining brighter than ever. The U8 Lions, in particular, are roaring, but every team has contributed to this goal-fest! This is the Belmont Wanderers way: bold, adventurous, and always looking to thrill the fans.
Defensively, the 2 clean sheets provide a solid foundation to build on, but we know we can tighten things up even further. Credit to those who received ‘The Wall’ awards – your commitment is noted and appreciated! Our Player Development continues to flourish, with a fantastic 7 POTM awards and 3 Playmaker awards, showing that our coaches are nurturing talent and unlocking potential at every level. The emphasis on Sportsmanship and leadership through the Captain’s Award will only enhance this positive trajectory.
As we look ahead, let’s remember that our Club DNA is a living, breathing thing. It evolves with us, guides us, and inspires us to reach new heights. We will continue to put the club values at the heart of our activities. Onwards and upwards!
