How do I update my child's details?

From the main dashboard, go to the My Players section. Here you will see a list of your children. Click the "Edit Details" button next to a player to update their contact information, medical notes, and consents.

How do I set my child's availability?

Go to the Schedule List or Event Calendar. Click on an upcoming fixture or training session. On the details page, you will see buttons to mark your child as "Available" or "Unavailable" for that event.

My subscription isn't showing, what do I do?

This usually happens if your GoCardless Direct Debit is set up with a different email address. Go to the Subscription section. At the bottom, you will find a tool titled "Paid with a different email address?". Enter the email you used for GoCardless there and click "Find & Link" to connect your payment to the portal.

How do I vote for the Photo of the Week?

Navigate to the Photo Contest page. You can click on any photo to open it in a full-screen viewer and then click the "Vote" button. You get three votes per week!

How do I invite another parent or guardian?

Go to the Family & Guardians section. You can see who already has access and use the form to send an email invitation to another person, giving them access to manage your players.
